Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited.

Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. All deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.  Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice. Payments for packages of treatments are non refundable if you choose to cancel your future appointments for any reason. 

Due to the nature of our aesthetic services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment unless the companion is also receiving a treatment as part of our “Bring a Friend” deal. We very strictly do not allow boyfriends, hubbys, wives, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of your appointment.
