Brow lamination isn't for everyone, consult this list before booking:
- Psoriasis/ Eczema Around or Directly in the Brow
- Recent Eye Surgery
- Alopecia
- Recent Permanent Makeup (must be healed for at least 30 days)
- Sunburn
- Ultra-Sensitive Skin
- Blood Thinners
- Pink Eye
- Scar Tissue in the treatment area.
- Pregnant/Breastfeeding
- Using Growth Serums
- Retinol or Accutane
- AHA, BHA etc (discontinue use for 2 weeks)

Lateness
Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited.
Cancellations
Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. All deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice.
Guests
Due to the nature of our aesthetic services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment unless the companion is also receiving a treatment.
Deposits
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of your appointment.
